Use License

Test Results Disclaimer

• May not reflect performance in all geographic regions or devices

Third-Party Services

SpeedCheck Pro relies on the Google PageSpeed Insights API for performance analysis. By using our Service, you also agree to Google's terms of service for this API. We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or issues with Google's services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeedCheck Pro, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Decisions made based on test results
• Any other intangible losses

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to test any URL you submit
• Any actions you take based on test results
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your own systems

Intellectual Property

The SpeedCheck Pro name, logo, and website design are protected intellectual property. Test reports generated by the Service may be shared and used freely.
